1. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
Users must comply with:
All applicable local and international laws
Metaβs official WhatsApp Business policies
Industry-standard communication guidelines
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Fraudulent or deceptive marketing
Sending unsolicited or spam messages
Misleading promotions or false claims
Use of the Platform for illegal activities
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
2. Account Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including:
Login username and password
API keys
Access tokens
Users must:
Notify GMF (Global Manysoft) immediately in case of any unauthorized access
Ensure secure handling of credentials
GMF shall not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use due to user negligence.
3. Payments and Billing
Users agree to:
Pay all applicable service fees on time
Maintain valid payment details
Clear outstanding balances within the specified billing period
Failure to make timely payments may result in:
Temporary suspension of services
Permanent termination of account access
Additional reactivation charges, if applicable
All payments made are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in the Refund Policy.
4. Data Protection and Consent
Users must obtain explicit consent (opt-in) from their end-users before:
Sending WhatsApp messages
Collecting personal data
Running marketing campaigns
Users are responsible for complying with:
Applicable data protection laws
Privacy regulations
Messaging consent requirements
GMF shall not be liable for any misuse of personal data by users.
5. Compliance with Meta Policies
Users must strictly follow Metaβs WhatsApp Business policies.
Failure to comply may result in:
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Loss of WhatsApp messaging access
GMF is not responsible for any suspension or restrictions imposed by Meta or WhatsApp due to user violations.

6. Service Availability
GMF will make reasonable efforts to maintain service uptime. However:
Continuous availability is not guaranteed
Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occur

GMF shall not be liable for:
Loss of business
Loss of profits
Message delivery failures caused by third-party providers
Account suspension by Meta or WhatsApp
Users agree that the use of the Platform is at their own risk.

8. Termination of Services
GMF reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:
Terms are violated
Spam or illegal messaging occurs
Payments remain unpaid

9. Intellectual Property
All software, tools, dashboards, and branding provided by GMF remain the intellectual property of Global Manysoft.
Users may not:
Copy
Reverse engineer
Resell without authorization
